YOU CAN DECIDE THAT THE TIME IS NOW.

You could be free from smoking after just one visit or you could just think about yourself and how you would look and feel in a few years time saying to yourself “I wish I had stopped years ago” as you notice the negative effects on your health caused by that wasteful habit (poor breathing, yellow stains, smelling awful, lack of taste, illnesses, etc. etc.) not to mention the wasted money that could have been put to better use

You are reading this and considering quitting smoking so WHY WAIT? Think of how great it would feel to be a non-smoker NOW.

You know the dangers and the downside of smoking but NOW it is time for you to think of all of the benefits of being a non-smoker, you definitely agree don’t you that quitting is worthwhile.

Why not do it the easy way NOW?
There have been a number of research projects that demonstrate the effectiveness of different smoking cessation approaches. Which Magazine and more recently National Scientist, combining 600 studies covering 72,000 people both concluded that hypnosis is by far the most effective.

Smoking Myths

I will gain weight.

False, many people who have used hypnosis to become non-smokers end up reducing their weight!. If you talk to a smoker who has tried to quit “cold turkey” (i.e., without any help or preparation) they may tell you that they have put on weight and the reason for this is that they have not changed their habit but are substituting sweets, chocolate, etc. in place of their old smoking habit. If they put some food into their mouths at every point where they used to smoke then they will put on weight as they are merely substituting one habit for another. They also hear repeatedly from others who have tried the cold turkey method that quitting smoking causes weight gain. So when they stop smoking their fear of weight gain can cause them to continue skipping meals or they substitute junk food for cigarettes. Using hypnotherapy this is taken care of and people actually find that they can taste their food better while eating more healthily.

I can’t stop because I’m addicted.

If it was an addiction then people would become addicted to nicotine patches (and this never happens). If you were to go on a long haul flight then you would not smoke for 12-14 hours (which would be impossible if they were an addict).

The “addiction mindset” defeats the will, not the substance itself. In 1997, secret tobacco industry documents revealed that the amount of nicotine found in most brands was not addictive enough, people were still able to stop smoking. So research was conducted at a lab in Oakland, CA on how to genetically alter the tobacco plant to produce even more nicotine! That did not work, so now additives are used in tobacco to make nicotine become more rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream instead. Anything that give us a “rush” can be habit forming but it is not an addiction.

I don’t believe that I can make it through the withdrawal symptoms.

As the body starts to balance itself and goes back to normal, often new non-smokers mistake both the natural fluctuations in their blood sugar levels and unfamiliar cravings for “withdrawal symptoms”. Low blood sugar can cause a little irritability, nervousness, nausea, headaches, stomach aches, dizziness and cravings. They experience these symptoms because for quite some time they have substituted nicotine (an appetite suppressant and stimulant) for the normal craving for food! This is also taken care of within the session.
